Brand-new hotel in a pretty nice area near to a pizza chain restaurant, the mall, restaurants, fastfood, and drug store. The staff - polite and welcoming. Great location within walking distance of Smartcentres Courtenay. Decent experience there.

The hotel has a great location near shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Loved the spotless and affordable room with a kitchen. Having a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

I really enjoyed cable channels, a coffee machine and a writing table in the spotless room. The good food was a good touch. The staff was outstandingly friendly, helped me a lot.

The pool is great, the location is good and it's next to a mall, the building is new, and the rooms come with a kitchenette, making it very convenient and pleasant.

The hotel was great. the room was neat. - I appreciated the efficient staff. - the property had a very central location close to a mall with access to everything. - the hotel was right off the highway, as I expected. - Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy rooms with big comfy armchairs to sink into. The breakfasts are a winner, especially the custom-made omelets. The location here is spot on, and the staff couldn't be friendlier, they're like sunshine 😊.
