Brand-new hotel in a pretty nice area near to a pizza chain restaurant, the mall, restaurants, fastfood, and drug store. The staff - polite and welcoming. Great location within walking distance of Smartcentres Courtenay. Decent experience there.

Enjoyed friendly check-in and late check-out. I have stayed in the standard double room with WiFi and armchairs. A great selection of food at breakfast, such as fruit, cereal, toast and omelette. The location is very central.

The hotel has a great location near shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Loved the spotless and affordable room with a kitchen. Having a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

We really enjoyed the breakfast included in the cost of the room. It was nice to have a pool to enjoy. The location is good as it is close to grocery stores etc. I would have appreciated some decaf coffee and teabag with the coffee maker. We have stayed here before and will again if in the area. Wish we had decided to stay there on our last night as well.

The staff are very nice and helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The location was great for Mt Washington without paying mountain rates. Great location for shops and food and all you need.
